As Founder & Director, Arushi guides the company’s vision and growth. She also helps shape the brand’s products, values, and long-term plans.

Videsh Bhardwaj
Co-Founder, Director & Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Videsh Bhardwaj is the Co-Founder, Director, and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of First Wings Elite. He leads the company’s marketing, growth, and business development efforts.
With an entrepreneurial approach, he helps shape the brand’s growth strategy. He also works on brand positioning and market expansion.
His role includes developing marketing strategies and building new distribution opportunities. In addition, he works on brand campaigns and new business opportunities.
